Online Scheduling Client Picture "It was a big leap of faith for us to jump from our paper appointment book to computerized, but I don't know how we did without it. Last year, more than 300 sessions were booked by clients on-line. Clients love the ability to access our schedule 24 hours a day and flexibility to book appointments and cancel. We love the ability to set many different parameters for client appointments, therapist schedules and reminder emails.

We have noticed a huge decline in no shows since we require a credit card hold for all appointments made on-line and at the front desk. Also, the reminder email, which we send out 2 days prior to appointments, is very convenient for clients. Some clients ask us not to do the phone reminder we also do the day before since reminder email is very effective for them.

Appointent-Plus has been very responsive regarding training, updates and any issues which have arisen since we started working with them. We have 9 therapist schedules to manage and several hundred regular clientele to support. We strongly recommend trying their services and see how it can benefit your business' efficiency and sales."
